By buying with me you agree to my terms, be sure you read everything.If you don't agree with anything listed here, then please don't do business with me!From the moment you pay for it, I no longer have relation with the character.
The character's rights are now yours, I do not accept refunds. I will act only if my art or/and design is being used for purposes that i have prohibited.You may:
↳ Make any changes to the design to fit your liking, and give them heavy redesigns. (just please don't make the unrecognizable, not remove my credits as the original designer.)↳ Trade and gift the design.↳ Resell for the ammount you paid for + the value of their added art (personal art ok, just please don't take advantage of this to overprice them. Be fair.)↳ Any commercial use of the design I made is ok. No need to discuss this with me since the character's rights are yours. Note that i talking only about the design, not my art. If my art is involved, then contact is needed. Remember to credit me for the creation of the design.You may not:
↳ You can't resell higher price than what you paid for, unless it gets more art. Arts from dollmakers like picrew and similar should not be added to the total price. Free art (gift) doesn't count either.↳ Do not erase my designs in Toyhouse.↳ Sell my work and/or designs as NFTs, even if the character or the art in question is yours. It's still my work and I am not okay with it, I don't agree my stuff with that kind of thing. This is a solid rule. you can be permanently blacklisted if you do so. Also, do not use any of my content or designs in some AI (artificial intelligence) thing.↳ Do not erase my credit from the initial design and it's idea, even if the character has been redesigned. NEVER remove my credits as the designer/claim you created them.↳ Do not promote any kind of hate speech and don't associate it, me or my art with some illegal disgusting thing, you can be blacklisted if you do so.↳ Avoid trading/selling my designs off-site. If you do, then please keep the design's profile on TH, and it's your responsibility to keep track of where the design is going. I do not like for my designs to be deleted and lost into oblivion. (only applicable to ToyHouse).↳ Avoid using my designs as a bargaining chip. Keep my designs for a few days before sale/trade.Extra:
↳ If the owner doesn't have Toyouse, the designs remained on Th in a folder of mine called " Already sold". If you don't agree with anything listed here, then please don't do business with me.
Please do not remove my signature from the art. Also, do not claim you made the artwork or reupload without credits.
Unless you explicitly state when commissioning me that you want the artwork to have commercial use, you are prohibited to sell merchandise with my art. (you may, however, use it in shirts, keychains and etc as long as it's for your own personal use).
Payment must be sent either upfront or after the sketch has been approved. Once you approve the sketch, you may no longer back out or ask for a refund, so please make sure you want the artwork and that you're 100% satisfied with the results.
I'll send you an sketch before payment for future changes. Only 2 revisions are allowed in the sketch period, after that, the only possible change is color or little mistakes made by the artist. Additional changes will be charged.
If I can't reach the client's goals, I have the right to drop the commission.
I am not ok with NFT or A.I Art, so please do not use my art in it.
If the costumer fails to keep the contact for a long time, the commission will be dropped.
I have the right to refuse a commission if I think I can't do it, or if I'm not comfortable.
By commissioning me, you give me the right to post it and display on my social medias.
